Josh LaFayette
PRINCIPAL
Josh has over 20 years experience in the creative industry as a graphic designer, illustrator, and everything in-between. He began his career working independently on projects for dozens of internationally recognized brands before spending the last decade building and leading in-house creative teams. Josh is grateful for remote work, but dismayed by how hard it is getting a joke to land on a big zoom call.

Lou LaFayette
OPERATIONS
Lou spent her early career as a Registered Nurse working in hospitals, doctor's offices, and pediatric clinics. After all that complexity, managing projects in the creative field feels like a lovely vacation every time. Lou is also terminally offline, which keeps her brain remarkably unrotted.
